About me

I am a freelance data analyst and researcher with a diverse, global background spanning government, finance, and academia. My career includes solving complex spatial and social problems as an operations research analyst for the County of San Diego, teaching the next generation of business leaders as a finance assistant professor at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, and building data infrastructure as a research systems analyst at the Federal Reserve. This journey has given me a truly global perspective, having lived and worked in Shanghai, Seoul, Hong Kong, Washington D.C., San Francisco, and San Diego.

I specialize in end-to-end data solutions, including ETL pipeline engineering, advanced analytics, forecasting, and dashboard development. With a deep-rooted understanding of financial, equity, and crypto markets, I frequently leverage web scraping and machine learning to unlock complex datasets.
